Refund Policy

Our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media strategy, retention and segmentation, chatbot marketing and direct marketing, are customized and tailored to each client. Due to the nature of the work, we do not offer refunds once the service has started. If a client wishes to cancel before the execution of the service, a partial refund may be assessed based on the work already performed.

Service Delivery Policy

Our services are delivered digitally through reports, active campaigns and optimization on specific platforms. Each service has its own delivery time, which will be specified in the initial proposal.

SEO: Initial results in a minimum period of 3 to 6 months, with periodic reports.

Advertising and Advertising (PPC): Initial setup within [X] days, with ongoing optimization.

Social Media Strategy: Posts and management according to approved calendar.

Retention and Segmentation: Analysis and execution according to defined strategy.

Chatbot marketing: Development and implementation according to agreed scope.

Direct marketing: Campaigns executed within the timeframes established in the plan.

Refund Policy

Since our services are not physical products and their value lies in the strategy and ongoing execution, we do not accept refunds. However, we are committed to making adjustments within the scope of the project to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

For recurring services, cancellation must be requested with a minimum notice of 30 days prior to the next billing.

For campaigns and strategies in execution, you will be charged for the work done up to the cancellation date.

In the case of PPC or advertising campaigns, any unused balance on platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads will be subject to the policies of said platforms.
